  • Composition

    Each 1 ml contains:
    Tilmicosin (as phosphate) 300 mg
    Excipients ad 1 ml

  • Indication

    Tilmicosin 30% Alpharabi is indicated for the treatment of respiratory infections in cattle and sheep associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida. and other bacteria sensitive to telmucosin, and for the treatment of ovine mastitis associated with Staphylococcus aureus and Mycoplasma Spp. Additional indications include the treatment of interdigital necrobacillosis in cattle (bovine pododermatitis, foul in the foot) and ovine footrot.

  • Usage

    For Subcutaneous injection (suggested Injection under the skin behind the shoulders and over the ribs)

  • Dosage

    Cows and Sheep: 1 ml per 30 kg body weight (10 mg/kg).

  • Precautions

    - Do not use during pregnancy and lactating period.
    - Do not administer intravenously.
    - Do not inject more than 15 ml per injection site.
    - Do Not administrate to equine or caprine species, or to lambs of 15 kg weight or less.
    - Occasionally a soft diffuse oedematous swelling may occur at the injection site. The swelling disappears within five to eight days.
    - Avoid contact with eyes, Wash hands after use.
    - Keep out of the reach of children.

  • Withdrawal Period

    Meat: Cows: 60 days. Sheep: 42 days.
    Milk: Sheep: 15 days.

  • Storage

    Store in a cool, dry and dark place at a temperature not exceed 30° C.
    Shelf life 28 days after first use.
