  • Composition

    Each vial contains:
    Ceftriaxone 2.5 g
    - Ampoule of sterile water for injection 25 ml

  • Indication

    Roseflix alpharabi is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, is used for cattle, sheep, horse, dogs and cats to treat a variety of bacterial infections, including:
    Respiratory tract infections
    Dermatological infections
    Urinary tract infections
    Bacterial septicemia
    Bone and joint infections
    Meningitis
    Pyrexia
    Pneumonia
    After surgical interventions
    Mastitis

  • Usage

    Via I.M. or I.V. injection.

  • Dosage

    - Dissolve 25 ml with sterile water provided along with the pack and use.
    Cattle and horse: 1 ml dissolved per 10 kg B.wt. (5 - 10 mg/Kg).
    Sheep, dogs and cats: 1 ml dissolved per 6.5 kg B.wt. (10 - 15 mg/Kg).

  • Withdrawal Period

    Meat: 5 days
    Milk: 3 days

  • Storage

    Store in a cool, dry and dark place at a temperature below 30° c.
    Shelf life 28 days after first use.
    Keep out of the reach of children.

  • Notes

    - Not use with IV fluids or medicines that contain calcium.
    - Stability of reconstituted solution retained for 6 hours at room temperature, or 24 hours at 5° c.
