  • Composition

    Each 1 ml contains:
    Procaine penicillin 200.000 I.U.
    Dihydrostreptomycin Sulfate 250 mg.
    Betamethasone 0.5 mg.
    Chlorpheniramine maleate 8 mg.
    Procaine Hydrochloride 15 mg.
    Excipients ad 1 ml.

  • Indication

    Used in cases of Arthritis, Mastitis and Gastrointestinal, Respiratory and Urinary tract infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to Penicillin and Dihydrostreptomycin like Clostridium spp, Corynebacterium spp, Haeamophilus spp, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococci and Streptococci, Listeria, Pasteurella, Salmonella, E. coli. Chlorpheniramine maleate acts as desensitizer, antihistaminic, and improver of respiratory processes. Betamethasone acts as anti-inflammatory.

  • Usage

    By deep Intramuscular injection.

  • Dosage

    As guiding doses: we recommend 1-1.5 ml per 10 kg of body weight for 3-4 days
    As general rule: - Cattle and Horses: 15-25 ml per animal daily.
    - Sheep and Goats: 5 -7 ml per animal daily.
    - Dogs and Cats: 0.5-2 ml per animal daily.
    Length of treatment will be determined by the veterinary depending on the severity of the disease. The average treatment period is three days.
    - Shake well before use.

  • Precautions

    - Do not inject more than 20 ml per injection site at cows and horses.
    - Do not inject more than 5 ml per injection site at sheep and goats.

  • Contraindication

    - Kidney insufficiency.
    - Hypersensitivity to penicillin and streptomycin.
    - Do not use for pregnant animals.
    - Keep out of the reach of children.

  • Withdrawal Period

    Meat: 30 days.
    Milk: 3 days.

  • Storage

    Store in a cool, dry and dark place at 8- 15°C.
    Shelf life 28 days after first use.
