  • Composition

    Each 1 ml contains:
    Oxytetracycline Base 300 mg
    Flunixin 20 mg
    Excipients ad 1 ml

  • Indication

    Oxy Flu contains a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and a relatively effective non-steroidal analgesic with anti-inflammatory properties for 24-36 hours and a bacteriostatic and antipyretic.
    It is prescribed to treat urinary, intestinal and pulmonary infections and to treat respiratory infections in cows caused by bacteria sensitive to Oxytetracycline, such as Pasteurella Hematolica and bronchial spines in cows, camels, goats, sheep and buffaloes.

  • Usage

    By deep Intramuscular injection.

  • Dosage

    - Cows, camels, goats, sheep, calves, and buffaloes:
    1 ml / 10 kg body weight for 5-6 days.
    - Do not inject more than 20 ml in the same injection site into cows, camels, calves and buffalo.
    - Do not inject more than 5 ml of the same injection site into sheep and goats.
    - In small animals under 6 weeks of age, give half of the dose with caution.

  • Precautions

    - Avoid intra-arterial injection.
    - Kidney insufficiency.
    - Hypersensitivity to Tetracycline.
    - Do not give with Penicillin and Calcium and Iron preparations to avoid the occurrence of drug interactions
    - Keep out of the reach of children.

  • Withdrawal Period

    Meat: 35 days.
    Milk: - Cows: 10 days. - Sheep: 8 days.

  • Storage

    Store in a cool, dry and dark place at temperatures below 30 ° C
