    L-Carnitine 50 mg
    Sorbitol 200 mg
    Betaine 20 mg
    Inositol 7 mg
    Magnesium Sulfate 10 mg

  • Indication

    Heparinal Alpharabi is used for treatment:
    - Inflammation of the liver and function disorders.
