  • Composition

    Each 1 ml contains:
    Gentamicin (as sulfate) 30 mg
    Sulfadimidine (as Sodium) 125 mg
    Trimethoprim 25 mg
    Excipients ad 1ml

  • Indication

    Gentadin Alpharabi is used for treatment of respiratory, digestive tract infections caused by E.coli, Pasteurella.
    Also used for metritis and mastitis in cattle, sheep and goats.

  • Usage

    By deep Intramuscular injection

  • Dosage

    Cattles: 30 - 40 ml for 2-3 days
    Calves: 10 - 15 ml for 2-3 days
    Sheep and Goats: 5 - 10 ml for 2-3 days
    Lambs: 1 - 5 ml for 2-3 days

  • Contraindication

    - It is not given with anesthetics or muscle relaxants, or other aminoglycosides or polymyxins (colistin) products.
    - it’s not given with some diuretics such as Furosemide, nor with other antibiotics. It should not be mixed with any other antibiotic in the same syringe.
    - It is not given in cases of kidney disorders.

  • Withdrawal Period

    Meat: 30 days
    Milk: 4 days

  • Storage

    Store in a cool, dry and dark place at a temperature below 30° c.
    Shelf life 28 days after first use.
    Keep out of the reach of children.
